We've been extremely busy here recently and I've hardly had any time to get on a computer.

Right now, I'm taking two classes (for fun). One is a real estate class, so by the end of it (and after I take the exam) I will be a provisional broker. This is the new term in NC which is the equivalent of a real-estate agent. The laws here recently changed, and there's no such thing as real-estate agents. There are now provisional brokers and brokers.

The other class that I'm taking is a Photoshop class. I've been using it for a long time now, but never with any formal training, in one class alone I've seen a lot of stuff I've been missing out on. Also, it's cool that our teacher has her Master's in sequential drawings (comic books).

We're also planning on taking a short vacation (long weekend) to go to New York later this month. We will be visiting Thomas who will be in town for the week. We hope to get to see some sites, but even if we don't get to do a lot of touristy stuff, then at least we got to visit with an old friend.
