This past couple of days has been great. My birthday was on Saturday and some friends came over for a cook-out. Thanks to all that were able to make it, or sent in cards, emails, calls, etc.

Also, I found out today that I passed my real estate class. Now, the only thing left is to pass the state exam to be a licensed real estate broker (provisional). The class was a huge pain in the ass, but so far it's been worth it. At the very least I've learned a lot about what involved in real estate transactions. I'll let you know how the rest goes.

Anyway, guess that's about it for now. . .
