I don't know what kind of espionage movie studios perform, but I recently saw both the Illusionist and The Prestige.

Overall I would say that the Illusionist "looked" better, but I enjoyed the storyline of the Prestige, even though towards the end they were trying a little too hard, and the ending was pretty obvious from the beginning.
