haven't gotten one yet, and probably won't for a little while, but this little thing looks even more promising now that there are some hack available for it.

Hack 1: Increase the hard drive size
Hack 2: Install VLC (one of my favorite video players).

Why would someone want to install VLC? Because it supports more video formats that just having "regular" Quicktime installed.
