Forgot to post this, but I finally got to see Grindhouse last week. It actually wasn't bad at all. I had mixed feelings about wanting to go see it, of course the trailers were awful...but they were supposed to be.

I do have to say that Death Proof is much, much slower paced than Planet Terror, however, half way through the movie Tarantino gives you a little taste of the goods, then he really pulls out the stops for the last 10-15 minutes of Death Proof.

Anway, I enjoyed both films, fun to watch...I think if you keep that in mind, you might enjoy it as well. They're definitely not "intellectual" films at all, just fun.

PS: has anyone else wondered how much Eli Roth looks like the guy that plays Sylar on Heroes?
