Found this great website. I'm assuming that it was originally created when the Wii was difficult to find, but now it supports multiple items (more than just Wii related).
I was recently able to find an arcade stick in stock (very hard to find).
Basically, the way it works is:
You find the item that you want an alert on, and it'll email you and/or send you a txt message when it's in stock.
